I partner with growing companies as a retained systems architect-owning technical strategy, platform architecture, and the decisions that determine whether your tech scales or breaks.
After nearly two decades building software-including founding a dev studio that delivered 200+ projects, serving as CTO through an acquisition, and architecting payment systems for some of Africa's largest retailers-I've learned that the hardest problems aren't technical.
